Stay Sharp. Stay Prompted.

OpenAI Just Dropped Two Things at Once, and Most People Are Treating Them Like One. They’re Not.
If you run a small business, getting this wrong will cost you real money.
GPT-5.6 ... the model family.
Three tiers: Sol, Terra, Luna.
ChatGPT Work ... a new agent that runs tasks for hours and actually hands you finished deliverables (docs, sheets, decks, web apps).
Here's the thing most of the marketing bros won't tell you:
The biggest win isn't a smarter model.
It's finally being able to match the cost to the job.
Sol is the flagship - $5/$30 per million tokens. Use it for genuinely hard work.
Terra is the workhorse - $2.50/$15. This is where 80% of your real work should live.
Luna is the cheap-and-fast tier - $1/$6. Route your throwaway work here.
Unfortunately I see many people (entrepreneurs like me in particular) making the same mistake about AI models ...
We (they) pick the smartest model and run EVERYTHING through it.
A five-line email and a 40-page market analysis on the same expensive engine.
Stop doing that.
One routing discipline and your AI spend drops while quality goes up.
And ChatGPT Work?
That's the bigger deal for those of us wanting to expand our team.
It's the first real signal that AI is moving from "answers your questions" to "finishes the job."
You hand it a deliverable and check back later.
I'm not going to pretend it's perfect. "Runs for hours" is OpenAI's launch language, not your tested reality.
Treat it this week as a powerful beta of a new category ... start with jobs you can verify cheaply.

PROVENposts™ Express Training
You know the drill.
You sit down to post. You stare at the box. Forty five minutes later you have something. You hit publish.
Three likes. Two of them are your mom.
You know content marketing works. You watch it work for other people every single day. You just cannot figure out why it will not work for you.
Here is the part nobody says out loud. It was never about your writing. It was never about your niche. You have been trying to guess what will land before you post it, and guessing is a losing game.
Last week I used Grok, yes, that Grok, in a way I have never seen anyone teach. Not for writing. Not for posting. For something upstream of both. The step almost everyone skips.
The result: nearly 500,000 views, up 28 percent. Over 40,000 engagements, up 21 percent. One account. Seven days. Real screenshot, not a projection.
I am teaching the whole thing live in PROVENposts™ Express Training. Two hours. One hour of teaching, one hour of live Q&A.
Seats are $10 right now. That goes to $20 once the training starts.
P.S. If you are not a Grok person, fair enough. Using a tool is not endorsing the person who owns it. You use Google, Amazon, and YouTube too. Pick the best instrument for the job. If that works for you, grab your seat before the price changes

AI Tool Stack
You're not behind on AI. You're buried under it.
There's a difference.
Behind means you haven't started. Buried means you've started too many times - with too many tools, too many tabs, too many half-built workflows you abandoned when the next "game-changer" dropped.
That's not a lack of effort. That's what happens when nobody showed you which tools actually stay after the novelty wears off.
I run a lean, intentional AI stack. Not the longest list. Not the most impressive collection of subscriptions. Just the tools that earned their place after everything else got cut.
On July 15th at 11:30 AM Eastern, I'm sharing that stack - live - along with the one question that simplifies your entire AI setup immediately and a thought framework that evolves with the tools so you're not rebuilding from scratch every 90 days.
Free. Live on Zoom. Replay included.
If AI still feels like more work than it saves - this is the session that changes that.
