Stop confusing valuable feedback with useless trolling.
Most entrepreneurs fail because they cannot tell the difference. Here is how to sort it with AI.
1 - Check the Source: Is this from a customer with a specific, actionable complaint, or an anonymous account with "egg" as their profile picture? The source is the first filter.
2 - Check the Intent: Is the person trying to help you improve (constructive) or trying to make you feel bad (destructive)? Look for the intent behind the words.
3 - Check the Specificity: "Your product is terrible" is noise. "The checkout button on your mobile site is broken" is a signal. Real feedback is specific.
4 - Check for a Pattern: Is this the first time you are hearing this? Or is this the 10th time this week? One person's opinion is an anecdote. Ten people's opinion is a pattern.
5 - Check Your Own Emotion: How do you feel? Trolling is designed to trigger an emotional reaction. Valuable feedback is designed to trigger an intellectual one.
