Ever wondered how to create high-converting email sales letters with AI?

Today, I’m pulling back the curtain. You’re about to see exactly how I leverage AI to write three persuasive emails—faster than a coffee break—and why this approach is critical if you want to keep pace in today’s content-heavy world.

Here’s the setup:

I’m using a Claude project to prep for my upcoming Topical Authority Trifecta Challenge. This challenge is designed to help people master AI-driven content marketing to become the go-to authority in their niche. I've uploaded all necessary training data and custom instructions, allowing me to streamline every step of the email creation process.

Step 1: Crafting a Sales Letter in Minutes with AI Assistance

I start by telling the AI to adopt the punchy style of copywriters like Ken McCarthy and the energy of Russell Brunson. Then, I prompt it to write an email announcing the challenge. It’s trained on the core details: the price point ($97), key pain points (struggling with content creation, lack of a clear strategy, and time constraints), and our ultimate promise—helping them create three months of content in just three days.

Here’s how the AI-generated email subject line turned out:

Subject Line: Warning! Your Content Strategy May Be Holding You Back

This grabs attention, aligns with their current frustration, and positions the challenge as the solution they need.

Step 2: Refining and Perfecting the Output

AI isn’t perfect, and it’s crucial to review the content before hitting send. I make sure every detail is accurate, removing anything that doesn't apply (like incorrect limited spots) and clarifying the exact benefits, such as 21 social posts and 3 full-length videos per blog post. Proofreading and personal adjustments turn the draft from “good” to “highly relevant and ready to drive conversions.”

Step 3: Building a Multi-Email Sequence in Minutes

With the first email set, I move on to Emails #2 and #3. I want this sequence to build momentum over the next six days, ramping up the urgency and reiterating the unique value of the challenge.

For Email #2, we focus on saving time and scaling output. The AI-generated subject line—“Create 30 Pieces of Content in 90 Minutes”—sets the tone, promising time savings while also delivering value.

This email emphasizes a practical promise: “What if you could create a month’s worth of content in one sitting?” This speaks directly to anyone overwhelmed by the constant content grind and establishes the challenge as the answer.

Email #3, the final nudge, leverages urgency with a reminder that the challenge starts in just four hours. This is a critical piece of the strategy, especially for last-minute decision-makers. I set it up to include a direct call-to-action, paired with a reminder of the benefits they'll miss if they don’t join.

The takeaway? AI can supercharge your email creation, but it still needs direction and oversight. With the right setup, you can create a multi-email sales sequence in minutes, refining as needed and ensuring everything is in place to get results.
