🎥 8 Game-Changing Tips to Master AI Video Prompts

Tired of Mediocre AI Videos? Here’s How to Level Up Your Prompts 🎯

Creating high-quality AI-generated videos and animations can feel like magic when done right.

But here’s the truth: The magic starts with the prompts.

AI tools are powerful, but they can only deliver on what you ask for. So, how do you write prompts that produce stunning, scroll-stopping content?

In this issue, I’m sharing 8 essential tips to make your prompts work harder, so your videos look sharper. Let’s dive in:

1. Be Specific and Detailed

AI isn’t a mind reader. The more detail you provide, the better the output.

Instead of this:
❌ “Create a video about our product.”

Try this:
✅ “Create a 45-second video for our AI marketing tool featuring a friendly, professional female voiceover, targeting small business owners in tech.”

Tip: Break down the details—duration, tone, audience, and style.

2. Incorporate Visual and Stylistic Elements

Want your AI-generated video to look like a Hollywood production? Describe the visuals.

🔹 Mention lighting: “soft morning light”
🔹 Add angles: “overhead drone shot”
🔹 Describe aesthetics: “cyberpunk city with neon lights reflecting off wet streets.”

The difference between “a video of a city” and “a futuristic cityscape at dusk” is night and day.

3. Use Iterative Prompting

Your first prompt doesn’t have to be perfect.

Think of AI as a creative partner.
Start simple → Review the results → Add more details → Repeat.

This “refine and repeat” approach lets you sculpt your final masterpiece.

Example:

  1. Basic: “Create a video of a person running.”

  2. Refined: “Create a 10-second slow-motion video of an athlete running on a foggy forest trail.”

Keep chiseling until it’s just right.

4. Leverage Multimodal Inputs

AI is evolving fast. Some tools now accept text + image prompts for higher accuracy.

For example:
📝 Text: “A cozy cabin surrounded by autumn leaves with a misty background.”
📸 Image: A photo of a real autumn cabin.

The AI can match your vision more precisely by blending both inputs.

Tool Tip: Check out multimodal tools like Runway, Google’s Whisk, or MidJourney.

5. Specify Motion and Dynamics

Movement adds life to videos.

Instead of “A ballerina on stage”, say this:
âś… â€śA slow-motion video of a ballerina performing a pirouette on a dimly lit stage, with a spotlight highlighting her movements.”

Details like “slow motion,” “spotlight,” or “dim lighting” turn boring scenes into cinematic magic.

6. Define the Target Audience and Purpose

Prompts should match who you’re speaking to and why.

Don’t say:
❌ â€śCreate an explainer video.”

Instead, try:
âś… â€śAn engaging 30-second animated explainer video introducing our new app to tech-savvy teenagers.”

🎯 The clearer your audience and purpose, the more impactful the results.

Who’s your target audience? Always tailor your prompts with them in mind.

7. Experiment with Different Models

Not all AI video tools are built the same. Each has unique strengths.

🔧 Here are a few to try:

  • Runway Gen-3 Alpha Turbo: Realistic animations

  • Kling AI: Creative storytelling visuals

  • Luma’s Dream Machine: Next-gen dynamic video creation

Test multiple tools to see which one aligns best with your creative goals.

8. Stay Updated with AI Capabilities

AI video tools are evolving daily.

Did you know?
🆕 Google’s Whisk now supports image-based prompting, which opens up exciting new ways to design AI visuals.

✨ Staying updated on tools and trends means you can do more with less.

Your Next Steps 🚀

Now that you’ve got these 8 tips, it’s time to put them into action.

âś… Start small: Try one tip at a time.
âś… Experiment: Test your prompts across tools like Runway, Kling, or Google’s Whisk.
âś… Refine: Don’t settle for the first result—iterative prompting is your friend.

AI video creation isn’t just about tools. It’s about how well you guide them.

Billionaires wanted it, but 66,737 everyday investors got it first… and profited

When incredibly rare and valuable assets come up for sale, it's typically the wealthiest people that end up taking home an amazing investment. But not always…

One platform is taking on the billionaires at their own game, buying up and offering shares of some of history’s most prized blue-chip artworks for its investors. In just the last few years, those investors realized representative annualized net returns like +17.6%, +17.8% and +21.5% (among assets held 1+ year).

It's called Masterworks. Their nearly $1 billion collection includes works by greats like Banksy, Picasso, and Warhol, all of which are collectively invested in by everyday investors. When Masterworks sells a painting – like the 23 it's already sold – investors reap their portion of any profits.

It's easy to get started, but offerings can sell out in minutes.
